PEARL DISTRICT CONDO, PORTLAND

This Pearl District condo in downtown Portland was transformed into a stylish and serene retreat by preserving its historic charm while introducing modern upgrades. Outdated furniture and fixtures were replaced with functional, contemporary pieces; accent walls and textured wallpaper added bold character; and the kitchen was revamped with sleek new countertops and a waterfall island ideal for entertaining. The bathroom was made more functional with a new vanity, and a meditation room filled with greenery and light was created. Lighting was updated throughout to brighten the space, a custom bourbon bar was installed, and the master bedroom was redesigned with masculine accents, an open layout, and layered textures to complete the elevated, personalized refresh.

My husband and I purchased this historic 1910 home in the Spring on 2019 in the heart of Oregon wine country. With most of the major updates already being completed, we knew that with the right paint, décor and furniture layout that this home would quickly turn into our dream weekend escape.
