This phase allows us to build a thoughtful foundation that informs every design decision from the start to ensure that your home build/renovation meets your goals.

Conceptual Design – Setting the Vision

From here, we develop a clear and cohesive design concept — one that brings together your needs, personal style, and our expertise. Mood boards, layout recommendations, and an estimated budget provide a framework for your project’s direction and vision.

Detailed Design – Layering the Details

This phase is where form meets function. We select materials and finishes, create mood boards and finalize floor plans. By developing a comprehensive design strategy that aligns every decision, from spatial planning and finishes to furnishings and final details this will result in a home that flows with purpose and tells a unified story.

Procurement + Execution – Bringing it to Life

Now, you can relax. We manage all the moving parts — from purchasing and deliveries, working closely with your contractor and subs, and coordinating installations. If construction is involved, this is when the real work begins and see what we’ve created comes to life. We stay hands-on to ensure every detail is executed with care and help ensure that your project is running as smoothly as possible.
